Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for uninflated balloons within 14 days of purchase. Please note that inflated balloons cannot be returned.

Damaged Shipments

If your balloon(s) arrive damaged due to shipping, we will replace them at no additional cost. Please get in touch with us immediately if you receive a damaged item.

Initiating a Return

To receive a full refund, the buyer must ship the balloon(s) back to our facility.
